Resident Evil

A very frustrating game but also one with a lot to appreciate. This was such a groundbreaking release when it came out but nowadays there’s definitely limitations with the gameplay. I felt a lot more restrained than RE0 and it was a lot more challenging figuring out where to go next. What this game does do great is that atmosphere and introducing this world very well. It’s such an intricately designed game that I just have to respect what they were going for.
