Hollow Knight: Silksong

i remember the day silksong came out. i was shaking booting up the game for the first time and i already knew it would be one of my favourites just from the introduction. omce again, team cherry hit the mark so perfectly: the wait for the game was so worth it and ypu can really tell that every ounce of passion and work possibke went into crafting this masterclass of an experience. the movement feels so fun, the tools feel so much more interesting than charms and suit hornet so much better, and every enemy, area, and boss feels so well thought out. Silksong really manages to balance difficulty and fun near perfectly, and the sections that do feel annoying are so rewarding to complete. hornet's toolkit is so enjoyable to use, master, and experiment with and fits her original character while still building on it. i cannot wait for the dlc team cherry is cooking. and i hope they dont die before their next game.
