Simply the best Silent Hill for me, the mechanics of being able to fight the monsters are awesome.

A very good and scary game, the nun gives off a sense of imposing presence, and even with a revolver, she's still frightening. It manages to be scary without being over the top, and it's also the inspiration for Stay Out.
